Met the owner, Amy and we were met with a big smile! The hospitality of myFries is spectacular! Needless to say, the quality of the food matched the quality of the service. I especially love that the fries are not cooked in refried oil! Overall, myFries is a must try!

The service is impeccable, the owner is super friendly and sweet, and the food is to die for! The prices are fair, a meal from McDonalds costs the same but MyFries is so much better for you without all the grease!

The only word that comes to mind is awesome. The selection of different kinds of fries, the Owners/Staff and the portions are all awesome. The only downside is that I keep forgetting they are closed on Sundays.

wow!!! Greeted with the biggest smile from the super friendly lady behind the counter. This made my day! I wouldn't even care if the food was bad(which it wasnt) The poutine I had was the prime beef , but I couldn't believe they had us sit down and served it to us! The food was super fresh, and the flavor was spot on!!! I will tell friends and family about this amazing new find. Hats off to the owners ! Kid-friendliness: the lady behind the counter was super friendly to a customers kid and was all smiles!! love to see this!

The cashier was nice she was friendly. I tried the thai poutine and only had a few bites. Wasn’t a big fan of the cold sweet thai chilli sauce. I understand the fries are baked although they could have been seasoned or something. Very bland. The gravy tasted like canned gravy which lacked flavour all together. My boyfriend ate the Philly cheese steak and he was pretty upset with the taste but insisted on finishing his because he spent $67 to feed our little family of 3. Pictured below is the “dessert” fries. Cherry Fries. We did not eat them, my Thai poutine. My son ate half of his small poutine and refused to finish. All in all, customer service is great but the food is bland and expensive. The owner is obviously pressed and doesn’t like honest reviews. Why there was poop under our table is beyond me. My baby is still in pampers. Don’t go here or they will accuse you of pooping under their tables If you notice, any criticism or bad review, the owner is pretty rude and sarcastic with their response. Not professional at all!
