I had the best latte I have ever tasted and the pistachio cream pasty was amazing with fantastic flavours and my girlfriend enjoyed her pink donut and said it was the nicest one she ever had and that it's soft. Staff did an amazing job as there where lots of customers to serve and make lots of drinks. 3 staff at front of house smashed it with lots of customers coming in and becoming more busy. Well done team for your hard work you handled the challenge really well.

Multiple visits. Good cake, but maybe the worst coffee I've ever had. All milk and barely a taste of coffee. The milk (we had oat and dairy) tasted a little different too. Could do with some simple improvements like not overheating or overpouring the milk.

Fabulous herbal teas

Service is extremely slow and disrespectful towards the customer. I had to wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to pay attention to me. The tall lady who “handed me” thecoffee wasn’t very polite. I am definitely not going to come back.

Waited ages just for our hot drinks, was first brought the wrong drink and had to swap. Waited 15 minutes just for a scone to be warmed. Asked a member of staff where it was, she said ‘gimme 5 minutes’ and then didn’t even check, carried on with what she was doing, organising forks and spoons, I then asked another member of staff who found my scone sat on the side.

A very busy Saturday afternoon was managed well by a team of staff who were doing 101 things to keep the place going. It's not a cheap place to eat, but the quality of the meal was very good and I could recommend the menu with no reservations. A query with the bill (my fault) was handled swiftly and politely and we could not have felt more welcomed. Every single person was working hard but they did not hesitate to help us. For a small cafe, this place hits above its weight. It has a good menu covering breakfast, brunch, lite bites and lunch, as well as cakes and tea in the afternoon. They also have a selection of children's meals. Vegetarian options: Reasonable selection across the menu Dietary restrictions: They will done everything possible to accommodate your dietary needs.
