Murray's Bagels

Spoke to the nastiest woman on the phone when trying to place a simple pickup order. I’m a native New Yorker and I don’t expect cheeriness, just respect and efficiency so won’t be going back because of this. Bagels are mediocre so no loss.

Decent if slightly overpriced lox bagel at a counter serve that has seats inside. Latke was disappointing. Kinda a good alternative for a cafe to study/read in, as the nearby cafes were all packed. No bathroom on premises though!

Literally the slowest delivery service, waited 2 hours to deliver a salad. Restaurant claimed to have called but they did not, waited by the phone and never received a call

Had the most perfect bagel this morning. Super fast and friendly service! You can seat outside and enjoy the good weather.

I always try to support businesses in my neighborhood but after 10 years this is becoming too difficult. Mistakes happen - an in correct order - but then making you wait 20 minutes to correct it and then behaving unreasonably when I asked for a refund as I was now running late isn't really fair on a customer who just came in for a bagel. Thankfully plenty of as good places opening nearby so will now make the switch.

the bagel was fine but really weird texture, almost impossible to chew. otherwise great. staff was great.
