I am not a fan of the menu.
The food was not great. Fries were cold, coffee was warm at best, and the salads were laughable. My brother did like his fish and chips, and the fried chicken I got was good, but basically just fried chicken on a bun (1 pickle and a small bit of aioli). The prices are quite high for what you get. My mom got a salad with arugula and $6 of chicken. There was maybe 8 pieces of “grilled” chicken that didn’t have a single grill mark on it, 1 piece of avocado, and the salad was small to begin with. They must have been busy this morning as the service was friendly but quite slow. We tried the golf ball appetizer and it also wasn’t great. None of the food was bad per se, but it definitely wasn’t good for the price you pay. The inside is okay, but not worth any sort of hype either (empty shelves/hanging racks where I assume there is usually something there?). Disappointed and won’t be coming back
Outdated restaurant, food is ok service is less than ok atmosphere none existent. We where here in the morning and probably the first customers of the day and the restaurant was dirty like they didn’t even bother to clean it before opening. It’s really sad to see a restaurant like this in the Crowne Plaza hotel. The food is ok but nothing special, and expensive. Won’t recommend this place. And yes we did try their potato golf balls, it’s a mashed potatoes with bacon rolled into a ball and deep fried that’s it.
I am only giving one star because I cannot give zero stars... the service was terrible... the waiter made us feel unwelcomed, he showed attitude and annoyance with our presence. Rude. Angry. Lacking professionalism. The place was totally disorganized, chaotic... food quite mediocre... I know I will never come back to this place... awful
So disappointed. We were served drinks, sporadically one at a time or wrong drinks or not at all. Appetizers were set down by someone, immediately followed by our entrees. Everything took an unreasonable amount of time and out server couldn’t be bothered til check time. Absolutely, love Bill Murray and enjoyed the humorous quotes, but ultimately came there for food and drink
Atmosphere was decent but minimal. Place is very open. Went there once and was very disappointed. Cold food. Waited forever. I was even nice to give it another try a couple years later. Was just as disappointing as the first time with cold food & disappointing drinks as well this time. Not gonna give it a third try unfortunately.
As we sat down with a table full of kids, the waitress let us order drinks, after the drinks came informed us no chicken strips.. which was annoying. Why not tell us to start with.
Came from Michigan and stayed near airport overnight. Restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel. Excellent way to have a fun meal with our dad before he headed back to Albuquerque. I was beyond thrilled to find out it was so close as Caddyshack is one of my favorite movies.
