Burger was nothing to write home about looked like Wal-Mart pre-made patty. Fries how do u mess that up?¿

The appetizers are delicious, I recommend the southwest egg rolls. Food is good as well. Staff is usually friendly and attentive...

Good food, but kind of expected better as this place has quite the reputation. Lessons learned: - Go during non-normal times to avoid a wait. Even going at 2:30 pm, we waited about 15 minutes for the table - No honey or caramel for the sweet potato fries. Very thin and not very warm. -Fried steak is just a hamburger patty with gravy and mushrooms. Delicious and good but not really shaped like a steak. - Roasted veggies had excessive salt and pepper - Was not asked how we wanted our hamburger or steaks cooked. They all came out "well done". Overall very good.... And great prices. Just expected a wee bit more for the hype.

Went during Kami-Con around 9:30 and was informed it was Togo only which was fine and the hostess said someone would be back to ale are order and it was a while before they came back but we were already there so we ordered and waiting about 30 minutes before someone came back and ask us what we were doing standing there and I said we were waiting on our food and I told them what we ordered and they left again.We ended up being there for over am hour waiting then the restaurant closed while we were still waiting and were told we had to leave.I told the person that we were still waiting on our order and I'd leave if I got my money back, but she informed me she couldn't because the registers were closed out,so we finally got her food and when we go back to the hotel is wasn't done and are fries we had were old.i was very disappointed in everything about this experience.

Service quick. Nice place. Should have brought some jacks. Next time I will pat out my own.

The food was absolutely delicious. The fried mushrooms were juicy and the garlic parmesean burger?? the meat is thick and taste like the owners care about their customers and take pride in the food they serve. Our server was the bartender and very kind and on top of everything. 10/10 would recommend and return!

Excellent burgers. The Garlic Parmesan Bacon Burger is a must. Update: went again today and ate really cheap during happy hour, and our waitress was very nice. 5 star experience.

We had a group of six and our server Honesty was AMAZING!!! She was so personable and fun and made some great recommendations for us out of towners! She was amazing to talk to and checked in on us regularly! And the food was so yummy, especially the fried pickles!

Traveling through and customer picks this place for lunch. Food was good but we were overcharged. We ordered the sampler off the appetizers list and we're charged for everything individually causing us to have a $80 bill for 2 people. Place was short handed and they wouldn't correct our bill. WILL NOT BE BACK, CUSTOMER WONT GO BACK! It's really sad when a place won't take care of their customers, how and why would you think they'd return. Bad business, will not recommend them to anyone!
