These guys are always great.

I've been going here for years and overall always had a great experience until yesterday. The woman who was working their was basically berating us for asking for onions and sauce on the nachos and even told us that getting additional toppings was extra. I then offered to pay however I guess she changed her mind and didn't charge me but instead my girlfriend noticed her scowling and shaking her head as we ate. Very rude and an overall bad experience! I would give her a one star Edit 1 star they never reached out to me just a fake gesture

Worst food and service….never prefer for anyone

Such worst service….staff doesn’t know how to prepare food and sour cream is watery…such worst experience. Never prefer this store.

Shotty service. Slow, staff that clearly dont give any F's. Washrooms are a mess. Food is about as good as you'd expect, not bad, not overwhelmingly good. In my 40 years of existence I may have never encountered an employee at a food establishment as disconnected and unfriendly as the one I encountered here.

Feels like Mexico! I had a great time with my family and friends. The food is clean and tasty. Thank you Mucho Burrito!

Rice was not properly cooked and food has no taste.

The attendant was pleasant and patient, answering questions, etc. She prepared the burrito 'to go'. I had a chicken burrito, and thoughly enjoyed it! Too bad they were out of chips, but I will be returning during my visit in Calgary.

The lady that made my burrito here tonight made the best tasting burrito I've ever had at any mucho location! Everything was mixed great and very flavourful and held together. I will choose this location when I'm craving a quick delicious burrito every time!
