We've been watching the 5th season of TOC, and it encouraged us to finally visit, and we were not disappointed. Food is freshly served, delicious, and every bite was tasty. Service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We'll definitely be returning, Cheeseburger dumplings were our favorite. And the passion fruit yogurt smoothie was exceptional. Parking: We parked across the way parking was $2 for the entirety of our meal, so it was completely reasonable.
I was really looking forward to this, I was the first customer in and I ordered the vegan dumplings and the vegan bar. the bao was great but I came for the dumplings and I was really disappointed to see how undercooked some of them were once I got home. the flavor was there, but raw dumplings aren't my jam.
We've been to Ms Chi Cafe before. We started watching Tournament of Champions recently and were excited to see her on the show. The food was alright, not bad but wasn't on our lost of places to consistently return to. But after watching her on TOC I couldn't shake off this one thing: during cooking, she'd taste utensils and toss them back in the pot. I get it, chefs tasting their food is normal, but this felt gross, especially on national TV. Made me wonder about their kitchen practices. Sadly, I won't be going back. Until they step up their hygiene game, I'll pass on recommending it to others.
Dinner with a group of friends and family. We had a reservation and waited for the entire party to arrive. Dumplings were amazing and the sauces, but my favorite was the fried rice, broccoli beef and curry chicken. So flavorful and tender.
Amazing food, ordered the pork potstickers, chicken jaozi, orange chicken, and the chicken chow mein. Orange chicken was so delicious and the chicken dumplings are amazing!
The food was good. It is a fusion of Korean Chinese, or American Chinese, all depends what you order.. something to try out..
