Mrs. Fields Cookies Park Meadows Center

I made a purchase on 02/14/24 @ 5:26pm. I told the young man what I wanted to purchase. He picked up a bag to put the cookies in....He put his entire naked hand into the bag and pushed open the sides and moved his hand all around the inside of the bag to open it up. I was appalled!!!! I said Sir, excuse me, I am not trying to be funny but you put your entire bare hand in my bag and moved it all around the bag and now you are going to put my cookies in it???? He became upset and angrily threw the bag in the trash. He put a glove on his hand (which he already knew to do) and opened a new bag. (Mind you....he was going to pick up the cookies I was purchasing with that same bare hand.) He put the cookies in the bag. He was "thirty eight hot with me". He was steaming with anger. Once I got my receipt, I noticed that a females name was listed in the sold by area (Julia P.). My cookies were not sold to me by Julia P. The cookies were good but this store is obviously very short staffed because every time I stop by to purchase, the staff seem to be overwhelmed and annoyed at all the customer traffic because they have to come from the back to accommodate purchases.

I cannot express enough how courteous and helpful Cooper was with me. I live in Texas and my son lives in Denver. I ordered a cookie cake for his birthday and wanted a college logo on it. Cooper immediately looked up the school and texted me pictures to verify what I wanted. And, he did it all with a smile in his voice. Even though he was super busy, he took all the time with me needed and did not make me feel like an interruption. He definitely made me feel like a valued customer. They have my business from now on.

Very good cookies!

I was shocked that my oldest didn't want an Oreo icecream cake this year. Cookie cake it is! Mrs. Fields was THE BEST! He loved his cookie cake!

I've ordered cookie cakes from here a few times, never had any issues. Always tastes great, looks the way it should, and is ready on time. Only wish they would send confirmation emails when you order online.

This is my favorite place to stop because I live in New Mexico. Their isn’t no Mrs. Fields in the state of NM. I had the worse experience dealing with the kids that run the place in the evenings. I never had a pen thrown at me to sign for my transactions. I happily spend around $75 on dozens of cookies for myself and my family as I make my way home. The girl literally threw the cookies that I had ordered into the bags and tossed the pen on the counter. What kind of service is provided if you treat everyone in such a manner. Poor service from the kids that are trusted to run a business. THEY NEED AN ADULT PRESENT..!!!! SUPERVISOR OR BOSS..!!!

A little pricey, but they taste good. I would recommend the cookie cups. Some may call them too sweet, but desserts are supposed to be sweet.
