Great food, amazing service. Just passing through and wanted to find local BBQ. Definitely did not disappoint. Had the brisket and they gave a sample of the beans because we had to try. Were amazing and fro loved them. Definitely did not disappoint. Definitely would recommend.

Food was hot and ready fast! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Pulled pork was really really good. I asked for SOS (sauce on the side) cause they do a lot of sauce hah. $16 for a plate seems fair. (Why does Google ask about Vegetarian options?? It's a BBQ! Go eat rice somewhere else)

I ordered the 3 combo meal which came with bbq rib, hot link and I choose the sliced beef over the pork. The two side were Mac and cheese and beans I also order the candied sweet potatoes and collard-Turnip as small sides. For all that I paid sub $25. Definitely got my money worth. I’m very particular with baked beans so I didn’t enjoy these ones too much, they were more salty than sweet. The rib was falling off the bone super delicious probably the best ribs I had in a while! The slice beef was tender and seasoned well, the hot link was good, typical hot sausage spicy just enough. The Mac and cheese was good, thick and seasoned, the collard greens were seasoned well and the candied sweet potatoes were good too. The corn bread was very very very bland! I am unsure if it’s intentional because it sorta balanced out the seasoned food but alone it’s tasteless.

I'm biased as the owner and I dated for many years and have a child together. This restaurant is a dream come true for Ray as he has a true passion for BBQ. Furthermore, Ray is the bona fide definition of a people person. He has nothing but friends in this town. Come give Mr. K's Original BBQ a try. You will know who Ray is the moment you walk inside!

The BBQ is Absolutely delicious! The sauce is to die for! Will definitely be back for more. We will use Mr.K's for catering as well. Mr.K is so delightful to chat with.
