Mr. An's Teppan Steak & Seafood

I have never been before... and wow what a great experience. Food, service were fantastic. I will go again.

Mr. Ans a fantastic experience as well as delicious food. Vegetarian options: I only saw one vegetable dish, at the teppan grill meat and vegetables are cooked on same grill.

We are visiting the Tucson area and a friend invited us to have dinner at Mr. AN's. Had a fun experience. Our tepenyaki chef was very entertaining and enthusiastic. He kept the fun going from beginning to end. Many delectable food choices. I had the Emperor's Cut while my wife had the Vegatarian Platter. The side dishes of noodles, vegetables, and rice were great, while we had miso soup and a tossed salad before our main dish. I'm not sure when I'll be back in town, but when we are. I'll be visiting Mr. AN's for sure. Parking: Plenty of spaces Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic!!!! We are traveling through Tucson and always look for these type of restaurants everywhere we go. Through most cities we are disappointed by the local versions of Benihana’s. Including our home towns version. We searched the Benihanas page and saw that the location here was closed and only a sushi kitchen version now. In one of the horrible reviews of that sushi kitchen (Thank you to the person who did that review). Mr. Ann’s was recommended. We gave it a try and WOW!! We were not disappointed. It is in a building where a Benihana’s was so they do the same style cooking on the grill with a show. The show was good and a pretty standard type show, but the food was the best seasoned/ cooked meal we’ve ever had at any location of this type of restaurant! You can tell that the cook took pride in his craft by cooking all the steak at the correct temperature, shrimp were not over cooked like most of the times they’re cooked on the grill with a show, the vegetables were cooked just right without being overly soggy. Above all the seasoning was so on point that the sauces you get are not really even needed. The service was also good, frequent, and friendly. Thank you to all of your staff for a great dinner, and great way to end our trip through Tucson!!!!!
