Had Jasmine tea, chicken fried rice, and the special pork/shrimp fried rice. Everything was delicious!! Staff was very nice.
Visited Mountain Thai Kitchen for lunch for the first time while the power was out up in Boulder. Delicious, unfussy Thai food and very kind staff. Highly recommend!
We always have loved the food here!
Thai tea is excellent! Thai fried rice was good, medium is still decently spicy. Tofu wasn't seasoned at all so a little bland but that happens...
Ordered the Tom Kha, Corn Fritters, and Chicken Larb for takeout. Total was $34 Really enjoyed the corn fritters and Tom Kha, the soup was a great value. The larb however had a grainy texture to it and when eaten by hand those grains were left on my fingers. Really unpleasant in the mouth. Appeared like salt, small transparent bits, but when chewed had no flavor and a powdery dry texture like starch or something. Additionally, the whole lime and basil leaves aren’t enjoyable when they’re in your mouth. They really should be chopped up a bit . Unfortunate because the flavor was really great otherwise! Overall, the food all tastes homemade, but some issues that keep it from getting a higher rating. On top of that a tiny slab of sticky rice flattened into a bag. I’ll come back for some Tom Kha but not sure what else would be worth the price.
