Mountain Mike's Pizza

Ordered pizza, Gave credit credentials over the phone, and the pizza never showed up! What? We waited an hour and a half and finally called and nobody answered?! That was it folks! Update: Headquarters notified me and told me they took this seriously, especially since they didn't even bother to call me, and that they would notify the franchise owner personally, and that they should get back to me within 5 days. 5 days later, a low level employee called me and told me he wanted to keep my money until the next time I ordered a pizza. There was no real apology. A real apology would've been at least a discount in the future. There was none of that. I wouldn't want to face going through hunger pains again because the staff at Mountain Mikes Pizza doesn't care about you one bit. Proof is in their apology I just mentioned. Also, I don't think they're paid well because they always beg you for tips for the delivery guy when you're just trying to call and order a pizza. Personally for me, I avoid places where the employees are always begging for tips, it's always so uncomfortable.

This place is WORTH the price and they were incredibly fast for delivery! The finest pizza in Costa Mesa! We love all the different topping options and the ingredients are so fresh! They are very generous with all toppings meat and veggie alike. Chip the owner is absolutely incredible, so kind and friendly! This place has great customer service and I cannot wait to order from here again! They also now have a salad bar buffet that looks incredible! 10/10 would swipe right on this Mountain Mike location!

Just tried to this place and the pizza is good. I came in 20 minutes before closing and you could tell it was a slower night. However, Mark (who was up front) was great. He helped me with my order and was extremely friendly and held a conversation with my while I waited for my pizza and he continued to work still and being productive. I will be back again thanks to the good pizza and Great customer service I received.

The place to get a pizza. Better than Domino's or others

Absolutely A+ service!!! I ordered pizza online. Realized I messed up (ordered regular crust but wanted thin crust). Then gave them a call and they fixed it for me even though they already started making the regular crust. Ill be back!!
