Great place with everything I need.

I love coming to mountain mamas. Great produce and supplements. The only negative comment I have is that the last time I was there a bigger guy with longer hair and a backwards hat was at the register and he needs a shower. Sorry, but another customer noticed it too. Great place and I definitely recommend going otherwise!

Well I found unscented shampoo and conditioner here, which was a total surprise! I have not been here in years and it was a great discovery:)

Good store but absolutely terrible customer service. Charged almost 30 bucks for some tiny dog bully sticks. Went home and gave my dog 1 of them. Looked at the receipt and realized they were $26. Called the guy and he said you can’t return them with the receipt. Price was completely hidden in the store. Unreal, what a shame. Plus everything they make is vegan. Kind of annoying too. Oh and most of the folks at the register are not very friendly.

The store is great and so is the atmosphere. I'm vegan and a regular, a neighbor and I love shopping there, despite being more expensive than most places. I've given 5 stars in the past. Unfortunately, after tonight's experience, I doubt I'll be going back. There's a "no backpack inside the store policy" which I agree. However, before tonight, my wife and I were never asked to leave our backpacks at the register. "OK! No problem". We did so. As we walked through the isles picking up our items, we noticed several other customers, with their backpacks, large bags, purses and fanny packs. Upon checking out, I asked why the discrimination towards us exclusively. Both girls at the register were very rude, didn't make the slightest effort to be kind, and all they did was to repeat again and again that it's the store's policy. I told them that I was feeling discriminated, and all they did was to offer a phone number to contact a general manager during regular business hours. (No thank you! I trust Google Reviews more). As all this unpleasant situation was unfolding upon check out, more customers were walking right in undisturbed with their bags. Be prepared! It's a lottery I guess. (2/8/24 - 5:19pm)

Extremely disappointed! I have been going to this store at least twice a week for almost a year now and tonight, for the very first time, they asked me to leave my backpack at the front. If it’s a store policy, why everyone else was carrying their purses and bags? I felt discriminated. I am not saying that I won’t go back there anymore, I love the store but if you want me to follow the policy I hope that everyone else is following it too. Otherwise it’s discrimination, and I won’t tolerate that. Also, please have some lockers where people can leave their stuff in, instead of making us put our bags on the ground. Somebody could easily steal it and the floor is filthy.
