We ate here for the first time for our Anniversary. It was so delicious! The food and selections were amazing, high quality, authentic Moroccan food. We had the buffet. The owner and employees were friendly and helpful. It is reasonably priced and I highly recommend eating here. We will definitely be returning again.

I do not like giving bad reviews, but after several bad experiences in this place it’s time to give some criticism and hopefully the owner will take notes. The Ramadan buffet was not it, our reservation was not respected, the number of seats did not correspond to the number of people we have told them, and we were told to wait and see if someone will not show up so we can have their seats, the restaurant was very crowded and it was hard to move around with how tables were setup, very close to each other. The buffet does not represent an authentic Moroccan Ramadan or normal Moroccan Buffet. Serving mostly middle eastern salads, beans!, chicken and meat and some steamed rice. I had to feed my baby at the time we arrived ,and by the time I went to get food, I only got a salad, humus and rice! One of the staff’s response was : “Sorry”. I have never seen a buffet that does not get filled back up. The buffet it self as I mentioned does not represent a Moroccan Ramadan buffet as it has no chbakiya, no betbout, briwat, mini bastilla or other things known in the Moroccan cuisine. And the cherry on the cake was when I had to change my son’s diaper, I had to do it on a very filthy disgusting toilet floor because this restaurant does not provide a changing table in the bathroom, thankfully I had something to put on the floor but still that’s not how you treat clients. I was furious and honestly lost my appetite because of what I had to go through for a simple diaper change. This was only one experience and I do have other bad ones since I’ve been coming to this place for the last 4 years and driving 1h30 just to be disappointed. This will be my last time coming to this place which is a shame. Being the only moroccan restaurant in the DMV area, so much good things could’ve came out of this place but it sill needs a lot of work. What a shame!

I recently moved back to the states after living in Morocco. I miss the food so much and this restaurant is absolutely the amazing Moroccan food I remember. If I lived in DC, I would go there all the time. Great food and friendly owners. Highly recommend.

After spending a year in Morocco, leaving was hard because I knew I would never enjoy the hospitality and amazing food I enjoyed every day; well I was wrong! This restaurant is 100% authentic Moroccan food from the bread, the tajine, all the way to the Chebakia with Moroccan tea. If you haven’t been to Morocco, this will transport you, and if you have, this will evoke the great memories. Please support this gem!

While the food was okay, nothing special. However, they do not give you a copy of the receipt, and now I see why, as they will charge you way more than what the receipt shows. Luckily I took a picture of the receipt and reported it to the credit card company. Busted, hopefully others do the same and put this place out of business!

From a Moroccan perspective, the food was very authentic. The service could be a lot better. Had fish pastilla, tea, and silo. The tea was without sugar, which is odd but still good. The silo was amazing. They provided that since they ran out of chebakekhe (sp). I just wish the service was better. It's an hour away since I live in MD. Parking: Parking was a bit of a hassle as it's in a small shopping center. I think locals would find it right away, but it was very tight to me.

This place is amazing and has so many vegetarian options that are really delicious. I had the buffet option and it was a beautiful spread of feta salad, hummus, couscous, beet salad, grape leaves, and beautiful tagines. Paired with a sweet mint hot tea. Check this place out.
