Mosaic Restaurant and Ultra Lounge

It was great 5 years ago, now it's barely in business and I believe it will close down very soon.

We were there on 2/28 in the evening. Service was slow, and the food was slow and/or unavailable. We were told 1/2 hour AFTER we ordered that our menu item was not available. The 2nd choice took another 1/2 hour. We were the ONLY customers there. The waiter kept saying he had no control over the kitchen. He sent the GM out to give us a bottle of wine to take home. We would have preferred an explanation for the poor service or a meal comp. We had not been here for a while, and it seems things have changed. There used to be great service and fun wait staff.

UPDATES: Food will not be the same if you came before February 15th, TRUST ME and go try it again (if you want too) also, they may have some competition with Urban Putt You may be wondering, why a 2-star rating, first of all I reccomend to you to read this whole review BEFORE going here, let’s start off soft, food is good, and I could say amazing, I used to work here, and I want you to know that they treat there Staff like SHI?!@, they also are understaffed as many people INCLUDING me have lawsuited the man that owns the place, it was once owned by a VERY NICE man that REALLY DID HIS JOOB, now it’s like a ghost place, expect this place to close down soon, I recommend to you to go to Rollati Ristoranti as they got good Italian Food, if you want GOOD Asian Fusion Food, any other place that is not this piece of Jun@!? is Good, also If you came here once, they probably didn’t wash there hands before cooking after going to the bathroom. DONT COME HERE

Terrible service, everything in this place is bad!

Food was really good and the drinks were great. They really tried hard to please us.

I wish I liked it better but it was slow and the food was just okay. I love writing great reviews but we had three of us just doing appetizers and a couple of cocktails and we were the only diners and it was expensive and blah. Wish we would have had a better experience! Bartender was great!

We went there for Valentines day . friendly staff. food was good . they also gifted us a nice bottle of wine.

If you are ready to wait 30+ minutes just to get water and 50+ minutes for simple salad then it’s perfect place for you. Also if you are looking to ruin your special day like birthday/anniversary/valentine then don’t look further… if you will start for dinner by 9pm here then mostly likely you wl end up eating it next day past midnight… I took my husband here for dinner on valentines and this place did justice to spoil it with bland food and worst service we have ever witnessed. Good luck to folks who are super hungry and looking for bon appetite!!!
