After visiting Morton’s Steakhouse in Rosemont for the first time on 1/29/24, I was eager for a memorable experience. The server was pleasant, although we encountered some initial disappointments. The bread provided with our order seemed stale and tough, but the waiter promptly replaced it with a fresh batch. Our appetizer arrived with bacon that was overly crisp, and the meatball was served cold. Furthermore, the steak we ordered lacked tenderness and flavor, leading to a disappointing overall dining experience.
Atmosphere and service is great. Definitely overpriced tried restaurant week menu $59/person dinner. Desserts are terribly sweet. Lobster bisque have some buttery cream flavor that’s too overwhelming. Steak is just average.
This location was easy to accommodate our request. We use the internet to access the location I wanted and pick the time. It was so clean and well light near the bar tables were available. Waiter were very nice and explain the menu to us. I would definitely dine there again.
Had an EXCEPTIONAL dinner with my family at Morton's. The service was incredible from start to finish. Hank guided our experience and provided special touches to make sure we felt heard and had a great experience. Mike and Ryan were thorough with making sure we were well taken care of. We even had a great visit from chef! Couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly Recommend!!
