Lots of unique specialty items and your everyday groceries too. I wouldn't shop here everyday as it is pricy but if you are looking for a great cut of meat or a special cheese, fresh pasta, pastries etc., this is the place to shop!

Very expensive. Yes you can find some nice imported foods, but the deli and prepared section is very expensive. Was not all that impressed

Over priced frozen food, that's all they use in the catering department, frozen apps, meats etc. all the old food goes to the hot bar. U basically are eating days old food. Over priced, but they are there to take advantage of u not serve you. Rinhos love it here. All true, photos don't lie. I know the process, I saw it first hand. Cheap sysco food sold for outrageous prices. 80% of your catering food is frozen. Not to mention your prepared meals how many times did I report to the boos about repackage the old to new, i even reported it.nothing ever done. This is all truth!

One day last week the girls finally had a day out shopping. We stopped in the afternoon to check out this bakery and market. After some cookies I asked about bagels and they only had frozen ones left. I brought a half dozen bag of cinnamon raisin bagels home. Just like the cookies and cakes, the bagels are to die for. They are brought in from New York every morning and baked in the store. I knew my fiancé would love it here. We rode our bikes using the legacy trail from Venice, and since Sarasota has wonderful bike lanes, we easily found our way to the bakery. Now to back up to the beginning of our ride, I took a nasty spill in the first mile and just tried to keep my wound clean along the way and continued my ride. When we rolled up to the market, I cleaned it with water again. Before I knew it, a sweet employee came out to ask me if I needed a bandage. We went in to get the first aid and they fixed me up. It was so nice to see humanity at its best. I really want to thank them for their hospitality. We then went to the bakery and enjoyed their fresh Fruit Tarts. Yummy! Planning another trip with our car to be able to shop the market properly. I highly recommend the gourmet food and the bakery but especially the customer service.

I absolutely love coming here. Great quality food and can find many healthy options. The bakery is wonderful as well! A must check it out!

Convenient and crowded. Great bakery, love sammis gluten free bread. Pricing similar to Publix but definitely more gourmet experience.
