Morningstar is a local brunch spot nestled in the Culver-Merchants neighborhood in Rochester you don’t want to miss! Just had the most delightful brunch experience here with my partner. This is a family run, Greek American restaurant with a casual, old-timey feel. The lady hosting and serving us couldn’t have been more pleasant, welcoming and attentive. We both had one of the specials with Greek yogurt drizzled with honey and topped with pomegranates - one of the best things I’ve eaten in the past year - as well as over medium eggs topped with tzatziki and feta, served over spinach dill rice with a side of oregano French bread toast and fresh fruit. The food had vibrant flavors and was just the right amount to feel satisfied but not too heavy. I highly recommend this place if you want a relaxing weekend brunch spot with delicious Greek American food and a delightful atmosphere. (Cash or check only).

I can't recommend this place enough. Great breakfast, at a great price. Ended up trying this place since they were right down the street and ended up going on a weekly basis. If you're in town, I HIGHLY recommend.

Good food and service. The specials are better than the regular menu. A hidden gem. Tasty Sunday Brunch choices. Great breakfast brunch specials on Saturday too. Parking: Ample parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground level.
