A family owned Microbrewery with a unique Beer selection all made on site. English, Belgian and German style beers compliment our American Craft brews. As a farm brewer we use high quality NY state floor malted barley in our beer. You can taste the difference. Our tasting room is cozy and celebrates Long Islands Aviation history. Photographs of local aviators and unique pictures of planes once built here and many that still fly adorn the walls. We also offer local wine, bourbon and other drinks to round out our menu. Pair your beer or wine or maybe a personal pizza. Events happen frequently and food trucks are often here as well. Don't miss Thursday Trivia nights or Live Music on Fridays. Cheers!
