I read all over that this was the spot, so I drove 45 mins to get some. The green tamales were decent, but the red were mediocre. I feel like they could have a better ratio, and the red were dry. The green chili was okay, kind of mediocre.
I love this place. I've been going here for 8years and i would get the breakfast burritos they are all good. The rest of the food is just as good. The green chili is spicy but still has a good flavor. The food doesn't taste processed and the ingredients are fresh. The prices are still reasonable even with inflation. The tamales are delicious of course. It's not a place you can sit down and eat at it's just Togo orders because it's small but worth it. Parking: There's a few spaces alone the side of the restaurant to park at. Or you can park on the street.
***I ordered online*** I paid for two (2) egg, potato and bacon special burritos. I received ONLY egg & potato... I called and tried to advise the workers about the issue, but no one spoke English well enough to understand. I would appreciate getting what I pay for or at the very least, the willingness to make it right by replacing or refunding my order!
If you want to improve your service improve your waiting time message to the owner Was waiting fro too long and hade to spend all my time to get my food unacceptable but u can do better
Took half an hour for our order to come out. When it did, it had nothing in common with what we had ordered. When I asked about it, the response was “no intiendo”… unfortunately my Spanish isn’t quite solid enough to feel comfortable trying to clarify. The food, while not what we ordered, was ok, but especially good.
They must have ran low on Carne the day i went smh. 22.99 for Masa tamales
