MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

This use to be my favorite burger joint. Went last night with my friends and my burger was horrible. It was burnt to a crisp. I also got added vegetables that I didn’t order. The fires were stale like they had been on a warmer all night. Overall bad experience. If I want a bad burger I will got to McDonald’s.

The was an average encounter for a burger.

The service was horrible today. They were understaffed and the crew they had wasn't prepared. Food was still good through.

I had originally made a 5 star review for this MOOYAH restaurant. The supervisor that is there on the weekdays it’s such a nice guy and very helpful BUT the weekend crew, I can’t even begin to explain how MAD I AM WITH THIS RESTAURANT!!! We always order the same thing and this time our order arrived with old meat and HARD bread. According to the manager they ran out of potato bread so they replaced it with OLD HARD gluten free bread that I DID NOT ASK FOR! And they could have atleast gave us a heads up or asked us if we wanted the gluten free bread or lettuce wrap! I am extremely upset at the fact that there was NO freshness control and how the person that prepared the food made burgers that are this disgusting and HARD! Not fresh whatsoever. I want to hear back from the SUPERVISOR because you advertise to have the freshest ingredients BUT your weekend crew does not care to provide acceptable food or good customer service!

I am a big fan of mooyah, but after my visit today I will never be returning. First i wait 15 minutes to order and another 20 minutes for my food to be out, which is much longer than it usually takes, and the location was not busy at the time. When I received my order, they had completely messed up both mine and my mom’s. The bacon was very soggy and our fries were cold. The location itself was clean, but the workers were not hygienic what so ever. They did not wear hairnets while cooking and multiple of the cooks had long hair that was all over the place. The part that REALLY disgusted me was when one of the workers picked out his retainer for the customers to see, put them in his pocket and CONTINUED TO COOK without washing his hands. It was disgusting. One of the workers filled up a lemonade machine with was looked like DIRTY water. After paying $47 for two meals, I expect much more.
