moonbowls (Healthy Korean Bowls- River North)

This is maybe the worst food I’ve ever ordered. Under “Ginger Bowls” on UberEats it was late, cold, and completely unappetizing. I am truly shocked at how bad the food was. Every single item was a miss.

Ordered through Uber eats and the food was horrible. They had a promo buy one get one and it was not worth it. I got the two bowls and potstickers, one bowl had more food than the other, it showed up cold and the potstickers are undercooked. I don’t know what kind of scam this is but save your money.

I've ordered from Moonbowls a handful of times over the last couple of months. I LOVE their vegetarian options, desserts, and their delivery is always timely.

I ordered around 8pm when the restaurant closes at 11pm. Potstickers and a salad. 20 minutes later my order was canceled. So I called the restaurant. Their menu has 4 options, and none of them lead to an actual person to talk to. The only option was to have them text me. I texted asking for a call. Why do you even have a phone if you don't use it??? The purpose of a phone is to speak with someone. The person who called me on the phone had so much static that I could not understand what they were saying and I had to repeatedly ask them to fix whatever the issue was so that I could hear them. The person acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when my order was canceled. She then lied to me and said that they did not cancel the order because they "couldn't" cancel it on their end. I've worked in restaurants, any business can cancel or choose not to accept an order. She then told me to order on their website. Seems like a way to get around delivery apps taking service fees. Will not order from here.

On Monday I ordered a moonbowl on Ubereats with an order of impossible popstickers. They both tasted delicious! I really enjoyed my moonbowl. The popstickers were cooked to perfection. As a vegetarian, I was extremely pleased with their menu and I will definitely order from here again.

It was delicious! Fast delivery and good portions, nice variety of dishes and flexibility with add ons/modifications. Customer service was excellent as well, very receptive to feedback and felt like they really care

Pathetic experience, have never experienced such a thing. I ordered from UberEats and my order was accepted by this restaurant. After waiting for 40 mins for my food to be delivered, when the delivery executive reached the restaurant, I got to know that the restaurant was closed and I never got my food. I also tried calling the restaurant myself for help, but my calls were of course not answered. Even UberEats said they weren’t able to reach out to the restaurant and that they were helpless. Vegetarian options: There’s hardly any options for vegetarians, the whole menu has like 2 vegetarian dishes.
