Moon River Asian Bistro

I've been ordering take out here for 5 years. Excellent representation of quality and affordable Chinese take out. I treat everyone who visits me in town to take out at least once from here. Good vibes and quick 15 minute orders. Parking: Parking is open, no dine in, so spots always available at the front door.

Well, we called this restaurant on Christmas night at 5:30 PM. We ordered online on their website. Three hours later the food showed up after we had already called and emailed them to cancel. In the meantime we ordered from another restaurant and then received double order. I called this restaurant and asked them for a refund or an apology or some kind of credit and she gave me the big FU. I know it was Christmas but a courtesy call or anything would have been nice for my children and I while we waited for food for three hours. And we tipped the driver huge!

The lunch specials are only around $10 and it came with a lot of food!

Food was great but delivery driver bothered me for 10 minutes for a tip. I understand tipping but to be pressured to tip is insane. I won't be back to this place at all. Owner then calls me on my personal cell phone two minutes later to tell me that I need to tip her driver. At this point this is harassment and I will be filing a harassment report. It got to a point where I had to block their calls.

Moon River is a no frills option for take out only and they always have speedy service. The food is solid and the quantity is double what you get at other places for the same price!

Found roach in food and they’re very rude about it. Don’t EAT here!

Best take-out in town for lunch or dinner. Fast delivery. Friendly service. The shrimp fried rice is fire!
