I went inside to order a Spicy chicken sandwich meal. It took 30 mins to make when there was nobody else, literally an empty restaurant. I ask the cashier why it is taking so long after waiting 20mins and he said it's coming out 1 min. But then it took additional 10 mins. Never going back here again. Looks like disorganized restaurant. And now I know why it was empty in the first place.
Only good for drinks!!! Fruit teas/slushies! Went on a Friday evening around 7pm. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, popcorn bites, and bbq chicken leg along with passion fruit mango iced tea and passion fruit slushie. The wait time was way too long. There was only one person there working!! She took our orders and went to the kitchen to cook because the entire time we were there which was over an hour, we did not see any other staff member at all!!! It took over 20 min to get our food and nobody was there except a small family with kids. Also, some of the tables were dirty and had stuff on them like leftover food items. Firstly, the grilled chicken sandwich did not look like the menu picture. It was featured as a long sandwich bun versus a round bun like you typically get at fast food places. They gave me a round bun instead of the long bun as pictured on menu. Secondly, they gave me a thigh instead of chicken breast which surprised me because I've never had a restaurant serve a thigh for chicken sandwich. Is this an Asian thing maybe? The thigh was tender but I prefer breast meat, not a fan of thighs. If I had known in advance I would not have ordered it actually. It wasn't listed on menu. They also did not put a slice of tomato in the sandwich as all the pictures they have featured show a slice of tomato in each sandwich. ***Some feedback for management would be to make a note in menu that it is thigh and not breast meat patty. Also, keep tables wiped down and clean. I did like the ranch sauce they used in the grilled sandwich. If it did not have the sauce it definitely would have been a very plain tasting sandwich. I would not order again. The popcorn chicken was just okay. It was heavily seasoned with black pepper bc it had a little kick to it but not too spicy. The chicken was tender but the actual bite lacked flavor. I would not order again either. I prefer the basement food court in Chinatown, they have a small food stand that makes chicken ginger popcorn bites, those have a hint of ginger are soo flavorful! The bbq chicken leg was good very tender and had okay flavor. My bf really liked it. I just thought it was okay. The passion fruit mango ice tea was Soo lovely! Highly recommend! Very refreshing and not bad for less than $5!! The passion fruit slushie tastes exactly like the iced tea but obviously more icey just like a gas station slushie. It was also less than $5!!! There was a difference in level of sweetness though, the slushie was way more sweeter than the ice tea. I enjoyed both but would love to try their lychee rose ice tea next time! We spent around $34 for 3 food items and 2 drinks. There is ample seating and some board games to play which would be nice for date night. Overall, I was disappointed in the wait time. Ridiculously long wait time and the food was underwhelming. -------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: Came back a second time, Sunday evening, place was empty and this time quick service short wait!! Ordered the chicken wrap and it was good, very crunchy, BUT they did not put any tomato in it as pictured on their billboard. For almost $8 for the wrap I'm really Disappointed. Included a picture to show that it is featured with tomatoe. This is the SECOND time they do not put it!! Then they should not advertise as such. False advertising and misleading. Also got 6 wings for $6 are very spicy but good. Tried the lychee rose fruit iced tea absolutely delicious real flower petals inside and not too sweet. Mango slushie was good as well. Tables were clean this time around!
