Great milk tea and really nice service. We broke the cup accidentally and they offered a free one.

One in the front and one to the right, next to seating in the corner. My drink was the Mango Pomelo, and I ordered it 50% sweet and regular ice. It was exactly what I wanted it to be......mango'y!!! It was sweet, a bit tart and delicious. The only complaints there were were about the Thai tea. My friend didn't like it much, but I didn't try it for myself. This shopping center is quite busy on weekends so parking can be difficult to find close. May have to park a little farther. There are so many good food choices in this shopping center. Would suggest having some dumplings or noodles nearby, then get your tea on your way out.

Boba Milk Tea 珍珠奶茶 was very tasty. Wonderful afternoon pick me up. I am looking forward to exploring the vast menu so many flavors to choose from.

A cozy little spot with only two tables inside and two outside. A standout feature is the customizable sweetness level of the boba (aka bubble) teas as well as a large section for non-caffeinated and non-dairy options, and the toppings like bobas and coconut jellies. They offer an array of fruity combinations, with the strawberry ones particularly popular among kids. I just wish that they would have more child-friendly "kid size" option, as the standard size of the drinks are very large even for some adults who have lighter appetites or looking to minimize food waste. The snacks such as lamb skewers and fried calamari rings complements the tea drinks well. Dietary restrictions: Diary-free options available Kid-friendliness: The non-caffeinated fruity drinks are very popular among kids.
