Pansy was the best! Great customer service. She was very attentive and personable . I would definitely come back for service from her!

The owner blocks patrons of other businesses from parking. His business doesn't own the parking lot. Why do this to fellow small businesses? Not cool

The food was pretty good. The atmosphere wasn't to my preference. I came out smelling like a chimney because of the hookah. The parking wasn't great either. I'm a 1st timer.

I came to Monticello for ladies night it was a cool lil vibe . Mature crowd for sure . The food was real good . They need more girl bartenders honestly . The cigar room is cool the bartender needs to be way more welcoming, she ignored me for a bit but after while it got better . The manager lady was very nice she asked how my food and service was. overall I had a great experience . Need better bartenders though .

The night started off ok at the comedy show, Ok, yes free to get in you do have to buy two item limit. The menu very basic food was about a 3. But this is where it goes down hill when it’s time to pay. If you pay with cash it’s a different price than you using your card. Than no where in this place does it say what cards they don’t accept. So they don’t take American Express, The manager tried to make as If I couldn’t pay my bill no, I was not planning on using cash! And if I had known you didn’t take American Express,I would have went else where! Never Again, I don’t recommend this comedy club to no one! And send that manager back to Wing Stop!

Went on a lunch date. Very nice and romantic atmosphere with candles on the table. Upscale restaurant. Ordered chicken Alfredo, margarita, flatbread with sausages and dessert. All was good. The dessert was so good that I ordered another one to go. Margarita was good and strong. Definitely recommend this place! Oh, and u must make reservations. Parking: Parking is located in garage

Food was good. Parking was a little difficult but it was a Saturday night. Music was good nice grown and sexy vibe , they do have a dress code

This place is nice. HOWEVER the speakers. How can you not invest in your audio equipment? I invited my friend and the first things she said was “their speakers are bad”. I was like ok, she just too bougie. HOWEVER the speakers had me staring off into space like “did you hear that”? Now when you go, you will remember this review. Hopefully they improve and get some better speakers.

My first there i was definitely one of the best choices I made to except an invite from my dear friend Coretta to celebrate our Aries energy along with her son Dee on our born day 4/6. The food was excellent service/ our waitress couldn't have better energy she was so polite and fun the atmosphere was the best so much fun energy the music was great the MC know how to work a crowd. If you looking for a great place to have a good time for mature people no drama there is a Hilton across the street just if you know you just will have too much fun to operate a car . Comedy was great on 4/6/2024. This spot here is a "must experience"

My friends paid for seats to see Jagged Edge last night. We were placed in the back and the people in front of us paid less who were blocking the view. The promoter and supervisor in charge was very inconsiderate and not understanding. The seats that they gave us shouldn't have been a charge. On top all of this the shrimp and grits sauce they had taste like Thousand Islands dressing The wings were horrible. If you are unable to move us to a better view try to accommodate us with drinks but none of that was suggested. It would be nice if we could be refunded for the 4 tickets or give us free tickets for the next even or even a free bottle next time.
