Sehr gutes Restaurant mit einem super Service.

It is ok but just way to busy for me. The food is barely average. I felt like I was at Disney in one of those big restaurants that push the people through. I am sure I won't be going back there again.

Views of the Ohio River are awesome. The ribs, coleslaw, Saratoga chips are outstanding! The Key Lime pie was the best, a ginger snap crust, generous serving.Our server Ron, very knowledgeable, about our order, and attentive to our needs, with the bibs, wet wipes, extra napkins, refills of water to drink. A Cincinnati Landmark, outstanding food and service! Great atmosphere with wonderful variety of sports memorabilia. We will be back for more hometown hospitality and awesome food!

I dined with a party of 12 and we had reservations. The food was alright, but I've had better. The service was crappy. The server never even refilled our drinks and he tried to take my daughter's food without asking if she was finished or wanted a box. She had to grab her plate. The atmosphere was nice. We had a window seat so we were able to see the river and the lights. I didn't like the fact that I had to use the valet. I could have easily parked my own car, but the parking lot was blocked off so I didn't have the option. After the valet drove off in my car, I realized that I had left my purse, so I went back to see if one of the other valet's could help me. Two of the valet's were looking at me directly in my face so I began to tell them that I needed my car. Halfway through my sentence, both of them turned and walked away! I said out loud "Oh wow, I thought they were listening to me". One of the guys turned around, looked at me again, then turned and continued to walk away. How weird. Wheelchair accessibility: You have to walk up about 20 steps to enter the restaurant, and I didn't see a wheelchair ramp. Then there are two steps leading to the dining area. Still, no ramp.

Be prepared to wait, even with reservations. Came on Saturday with reservations and waiting over an hour to be seated, since we refused outside dining in 30F weather. Valet is only available parking. Bar upstairs is smoky from outside patio area. Food was fine, but didn’t meet the hype. Menu was limited, and smaller than previous years photos. Wine list however is extensive. The downstairs view is what you’re going for. Parking: They charge per car $5 and expect a tip on your inside bill. You can defer the cash at the door to have it added to your food or bar tab.
