Fantastic food. Been eating here since the Edge Water days. So glad the recipe has stayed with the restaurant over the years. The best green chili w pork. Enjoy

We didn't like the food, but people have their own preferences. Service was good, and the place wasn't overwhelmingly packed.

Nasty Not good I'm not coming here again! Not worth the money or time ! Sorry but it's watery , fearless and spice list, the Arvada people seem you like it but what do they know about Mexican food ? My ladies tamale looked as if they tried to cook it in the microwave on her plate. A bunch of cornmeal squeezed onto a tiny amount of meat then microwaved. When asked how my meal was I said horrible and their only response was sorry.

Finally ate here after it moved several years ago from Lakewood to Arvada. The menu has not changed the recipes have not changed. Still very good just as I remember.

If you only knew the whole history of this place. My wife's Great Grandparents have been going here since the early 60s. The original owners came from Mexico and brought her mother's recipes with her. Best thing is that even though the restaurant has moved locations several times they still use those same recipes. Food is amazing and truly authentic Mexican food. If you want the best food around you need to try this place. Make sure to try their queso and a small combination plate. You won't leave hungry......
