Monster Bite Food Truck

Google says the place is open so I went ahead and put in a DoorDash order to pick up. No confirmation so I decided to call the number on their website. The place simply does not exist lol and they forgot to update their info.

ABSOLUTE MUST TRY! Walked 30 mins to try this place out and it was so worth it. The food is so tasty and amazing. You won't be disappointed!

Portions are huge. The idea behind the food is good, but I felt the execution was not the greatest.. they put so much cheese and toppings that they overwhelm the warmth from the hot meats they add.. this leads to a pile of cold cheese atop your warm meats which gives an unpleasant taste as cheese needs to melt in order to be more tasteful. The steak I was served on my monster wrap did not taste particularly good, the mini fries did not fit very well with it in my opinion. The staff was great, although food takes a bit to get prepared. May give it a try again and ask to have either less toppings added or ask for the cheese to be microwaved or something.. I have more things to try in order to have a better opinion of this food truck. Def worth a try if you want a lot of food.
