Amazing experience here!! The food is great, I really reccomend trying the bok choy, it literally blew my mind. Also super great drinks and mocktails :D (I reccomend the rose one if u like sweet stuff! The yuzu drink is definitely an acquired taste if you like more bitter drinks) 100% will be coming back, i want to try their whole menu lol, and the owners are great! DOG FRIENDLY aswell! They have a nice outside seating area :)

Amazing food and gorgeous decorations

The owners, Lawrence and Aya (and their dogs) are North Brooklyn royalty having created some of the most iconic establishments in Williamsburg. If you’ve mourned the closing of their restaurant The Rabbit Hole… rejoice! The Monarch has a better pastry oven and they serve a Rabbit Hole brunch on the weekends that is extraordinary. Their Asian “fusion” meals are incredible. I have been eating their scones for more than 15 years and now I get to enjoy wonderful dumplings and Bibimbap… make this your new favorite Williamsburg restaurant.

Perfect date night spot!! Amazing dinner followed by the Yuzu Lime Pie!! Really chill with a calming esthetic, they put a lot of thought into every detail. We’ll definitely be back to check out their brunch! Vegetarian options: Bibimbap was so so so good!! Also the Korean Fried Cauliflower was amazing!!

My husband and I have been meaning to try this place out for brunch for a while and thank goodness it didn’t disappoint! My husband even said it was better than our usual brunch spot! I ordered the Lavender Orgeat latte and it was perfect! Not too sweet, although a little small for $8 but definitely high quality ingredients. I then got the French toast, which was unique. My husband RAVED about his Rabbithole Benedict. The menu is so expansive and unique, with plenty of options for vegetarians. We both want to come back to try other items on the menu. The atmosphere was good but this place is small. It’s a little pricey (averages around $20 per plate) but the quality is THERE! The menu is so unique here, especially for a brunch menu, that I’d call it a must-try in Williamsburg.

Probably some of the best breakfast I have had in ten years! The Savory Japanese Pancake with the shaved Bonito is out of this world. And everything else the table ordered was incredibly tasty. Definitely get some of the sweet bacon and the addictive spicy cabbage as a Side. Plus drinks were super good, had a breakfast julep with Japanese Whiskey… Would literally eat here every weekend if I’d live in Brooklyn
