When it comes to a craving for BBQ you have limited access to good food in Sacramento. On my first visit, I attempted to call in my order but after several attempts to make contact, I decided to pull up an order in person. I wanted to try ALL the meats so that I could make a future decision. I purchased (2) TWO ways. Let's talk about the positives first: ALL meats were full of smoke flavor, the ribs were on point, the chicken was juicy, the tri-tip is tender, and the links were just plain ol' spicy and good. No complaints! HOWEVER, they are missing a little something on ALL their side orders. Mac n cheese is the best option in my opinion. The greens appear to be "canned" or not freshly prepared, just slightly warmed up. The cabbage is cooked fresh, but it is a sloppy mushy mess and slightly salty. The beans and rice were dry and lacked flavor. So, I would recommend all the (4) way meats and double mac n cheese as your side option. The wait time is a little excessive. They only have one person taking phone orders, in person orders, and making plates. The bathrooms are cold, damp, and smell of a little mildew...But, hey I'll be back for a slab over the summer. As a side note: They should BOTTLE up that sauce, it's one of the best...

Worth the wait as great food takes time. A for sure return spot that is friendly and cozy. Enjoyed a two way with ribs and link that came with two sides: chose Mac and Cheese as well as baked beans. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu

It's been awhile but just as delicious

The Atmoshpere is what brought me in it taste exactly what it smells like from the parking lot best one ive eaten in sacramento. Its everything i would ask for a rib to taste like down here.

Visiting Cali and read reviews on this place. I’m so glad I gave it a try. The food was so good. The ribs were so tender, the chicken was so seasoned and perfect! I’m not to familiar with the tri tip sliced meat but my family enjoyed it!! The Mac was surprisingly good!!! I think it had jalapeño which I have never had in Mac but it was so good!!! Baked beans were decent. They had a good flavor though! The sausage was good too!!! I’m glad we gave this spot a try!!!
