Momofuku

We recently had dinner here - we had cocktails, shrimp buns, chicken and caviar bun, lamb ribs, scallions noodles and spicy ramen soups. The food was delicious but the service was uneven. Lots of attention at the onset then nothing, our server disappeared, no water, no follow up on additional drinks. We had to flag pur waiter down for water refills and the bill. The most disappointing thing was the line up for the washroom. 2 restrooms for a large restaurant, and a sign encouraging people to use the washroom in the mall.(dont make me do that please) As the night wore on, my 11 year old said he found the washrooms gross. Not a nice element to an otherwise delicious dining experience.

Great experience here! The pork buns were so tasty. Noodles live up to their hype, and steak and eggs were simply divine. Plus a great view if you can get the upper seating area!

my group and i did chef's choice and wow the food and ambiance here are amazing. the staff here were also very attentive. definitely worth stopping by to try at least once if you are in the vegas area. their brussel sprout dish was so effortlessly delicious and would 10/10 recommend this dish along with their bo ssäm which is something im still thinking about!

Really weird service. I asked the bartender if the tab for 2 individuals (including myself) had been paid. He went to check and said, wholeheartedly, yes. So, when the final tab for the group came, there was one $12 outstanding cocktail unaccounted for in a group tab of $300+. The same bartender blamed the couple who he had told HAD ALREADY PAID. He then called out the manager who made a giant scene about a $12 cocktail that had already been paid for. He went so far to say to that they “take such accusations seriously” without checking any tabs or receipts. I asked the same bartender who had already “checked” that the tab had been paid, and he cold faced said that the interaction had never occurred. It was truly surreal to have a restaurant blame/accuse a giant group who had paid everything of trying to steal the price of one cocktail. It was extremely bizarre. Really disappointing. Everything had been fine up until that. I’m guessing it was because the bartender’s shift was almost done. Would caution going anytime close to closing time. They may not be nice.

The food was soooo delicious. I had the shrimp buns and Spicy ramen. I sat at the bar and Tao provided amazing customer service. Will be back next time I’m in town

Loved this. Got in for lunch without a reservation. Dinner we needed a reservation. Split the pork belly buns and the shoyu ramen. That pork belly bun is something special. Although it's a treat, so save up your bacon days. Ramen was technically good, although not anything special. I'd definitely go back for that bun again though. It was good enough to return. This time we discovered the gem salad and the cucumber salad. Both were outstanding. I want to eat them for breakfast this entire trip. Ordering soup and buns was a good enough meal for two. Price wise, I'd say this is one of the best deals on Vegas on the strip. Staff was attentive and friendly. Ambiance is very modern, not too loud, but a nice hum for conversation. You could dress up or dress down and be ok.

Momofuku really never disappoints. My wife and I have been here a few times and this time we brought two of our teenaged children with us. We got the chefs menu, which gave us a variety of items but most importantly, their very tasty ramen. We had to pork shoyu ramen. Compared to the ones we have in Canada in other no name ramen places, they have a lot more pork and their egg was much better than. Ramen quality was also definitely superior. The roasted dorade was perfectly done and melted in our mouths. I will make sure I'm back every time we're in Vegas!

Succulent lamb and melt in your mouth Iberico pork. Scrumptious! Needed the ramen dish to help fill up though.

Their cucumber salad was the best I have had in town. The mushroom ramen with spicy shrimps was appetizing.
