I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at Momo House in Akron, OH (44310). The food I ordered tasted like it was not fresh, with an unpleasant lime and sekuwa odor. The overall quality was subpar, and I believe improvements are necessary for a Nepali restaurant. My main concern is the lack of responsiveness to customer complaints. When I raised my concerns, I received a dismissive response, stating they never heard of any issues. A more customer-friendly approach would be to acknowledge the concerns, assure improvements, and prioritize fresh, healthy, and hygienic food. I'm willing to pay extra for quality and better services, but it's crucial for Momo House to address customer complaints respectfully and transparently. As a Nepali restaurant, maintaining clarity and respect in communication will contribute to a more positive dining experience for everyone.
The pork momo tastes like . Never had such disgusting momo in my life. I wish I could give -10
I absolutely love this spot. They have so many great dishes and its a nice sit down place.
This place was really good, mater pannera was very good and the Pork dumplings were very fresh! Will be revisiting!
Vegetarian options: Fantastic
Best food, feels like I am home Thank you momo house for your services
I'm ashamed I haven't ordered sooner. Easily my new obsession for 2024. Any if the dumpling will satisfy. Shared a Lamb Tika and some roti. Easily over ordered with an appetizer sampler, which we inhaled. The leftovers aren't lasting long. Already snacking on it cold from the fridge. Portions were really generous. Crazy delicious. Vegetarian options: I wasn't looking but my impression was vegetarian s could eat well here and not miss out on flavir
