This is probably the worst Momo I have ever had in my life. This is just a regular dumpling that tastes awful
Worst dumpling in town They claim to be best but they are the worst Same price you pay for good restaurant. Two mexican guys were giving same watery soup in little tiny containers for jhol momo and regular momos. When i asked them about momo sauce or soup for jhol momo they said their owner only had told them to give that watery soup as sauce and everything tasted really bad. I had never eaten such momo before it was nasty. Same nasty soup for everything.
This is the best place to eat that’s ever been created. The Mo Mo is to die for!! Ask for the little red hit sauce too! I cannot recommend this place more. If you want to eat something you won’t forget come here. If you want a forgettable meal then try any Chili’s or Applebees, they for sure will be forgettable. This meal you’ll never forget !!
So delicious! We had the vegetarian mono options and both were very good. Can’t wait to come back!
I came here in 2019 when location was inside Saraga international market. It was delicious back then—a real treat and experience, hard to find. The videos and pictures you see are from back then to give you an idea of what it used to be. *Now it’s only to-go containers. Awful for the environment. *Portions are half of what they used to be. *Flavor is zero of what it used to be. I don’t know how you can ruin something great. Why? I think everything is frozen and steamed on site. Bread is not the same as well. It was a special place. Kitchen was right in front and visible to those lucky diners that sat at the bar. From there it was special to see the food being prepared and served to you in bowls NOT plastic containers with a pre measured plastic container of broth. Terrible experience and food all around. Maybe the original owners sold it to someone capitalizing on the Bon Apetit article and Guy Fieri visit? I certainly hope that’s the case. Nothing makes sense. Either way stay away and don’t believe the hype. Waste of money and time. Perhaps one day one of the original owners will realize what a special place and food they had and bring back the quality and service of the old Mo Mo Ghar.
Dumplings! This place did not miss!
