Awesome food

I can't believe I'm going to say this about a place we have been so loyal to almost every Monday and other days as well for the past 7 years-Molipazzo has gone downhill and I'm beyond mad. 2 times in the past month after calling in the order and showing up it's not ready, then after 30 minutes they admit they didn't put it in system or they just don't know what happened. What?! They started cooking it when I arrived and did the same to my husband. And didn't offer to Comp it. Pizza is so inconsistent sometimes it's so undercooked we have to cook it again at home. Place is too overpriced to have to re-cook food. As a local Realtor I always recommend them to new Clients and buy gift cards-not anymore!! I'll stick with Perry's and Colorado Grill. I used to enjoy waiting on my order and chatting with the bartenders. We even paid good money and celebrated my husbands birthday here with a big party in 2021. Service was great and people still talk about it.So sad to see.

Great food and service

Went here for dinner and will likely never go back. It was freezing inside, like we may as well have been sitting outside. We mentioned this to the waitress and she said someone else had said that and they “turned it up a little .” I saw another diner go out to their car to get a winter coat for his wife to wear while eating. The service was also bad, so we had to sit and freeze for a really long time just to order and get our food. The bread and pizza was good.

I have lived in whitehouse for years and tonight was the first time I'd ever tried this place and it was not a good experience at all. The service was not good. We ordered out food and waited 30 Mims then was told our server lost our ticket never put our order in but managed to put everyone's order in who came in after us. Then we waited for over 30 Mins for our salads and then finally we got our lasagna and it was partially burnt. We had to ask for our bread twice we finally got it once we were almost done with our lasagna. They did give us a free piece of cake but it didn't make up for all the other issues. I am disappointed I've been super excited about trying this place out and it was a complete let down. Also it's pretty pricey for the quality of the food and the service.

Was terribly disappointed in service. Our server Autumn was very slow in taking our order and after waiting an hour for our salads we were informed by another employee that she had misplaced her ticket book so we reordered and waited another 15 mins. I asked asked male employee if it we were going to get salads and he went to get them but served other tables theirs even tho we were there first. Finally got food and salads.Lasagna was mediocre at best. Never an offer to refill drinks or checked on Worst service I've experienced in a long time.

Everytime we go Its been about 50/50 on if itll be good or not
