Absolute terrible. So they told us to step outside and we were next in line. So we just left. Terrible customer service.

It was very good and a lot of fun. My first time and I can tell it takes a while to get the hang of it. I overcooked my veggies by putting too many in at the same time. The spicy broth didn't have much flavor and I liked my girlfriend's chicken broth much better. It would be nice to have a small slotted ladle to fish out the food because you can't see it while the broth is boiling and it's a bit challenging finding and fishing it out small pieces with chopsticks.

Went yesterday with some friends . 3 out of 4 people in our group got food poisoning.

Extremely bad service, especially from the receptionist guy with long hair. Not suitable for families with kids: If you're a party of four with a one-year-old needing a high chair, - You have to input 5 people in the system or be prepared for lengthy waits (more than an hour) - There are only two tables for the 4+1 arrangement, forcing you to wait while looking at many empty tables - The guy with long hair might condescendingly say he'll make an exception this time but insists on entering 5 people next time The extended wait isn't because of stellar food but because they'd rather keep seats empty than serve customers To add to the frustration, they even forgot one of our orders. I won't be returning after such a negative experience that turned our night into a horrible memory.

Awful !!!! Experience !!!!!!!!!!! The server's rudeness and eye-rolling attitude was surprised. especially when I questioned the unnecessarily large table arrangement on a cold, rainy day. The manager's response about the air circulation is bad , he said it doesn't matter where I seat. If you're in the mood for a good dining experience . I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.This was an utterly infuriating and regrettable experience. Extremely rude, the restaurant needs more training for their attitude. I ate at different locations before . This is the first time here . I will never return !!!!!!
