Moe's Southwest Grill

Terrible quality of food; the rice was hard, the chicken was dry, the veggies looked old and disgusting. I ate 10% of my burrito and felt sick afterwards.

I love coming here on Moe Mondays! My husband and I come every week. Gary is the best! Food is always great

The food and service is always pretty good. However recently, not pointing any fingers, certain employees having been rolling my burritos more like soccer balls than cylinders. Makes the burrito much more difficult to eat as this compromises the structural integrity. I think a burrito rolling seminar is in order. Adding to this: It’s been close to a year since I last visited Moe’s and it’s only gotten worse. The rice was hard and undercooked, the chips were old and burnt, and the salsa tasted like it had begun fermenting. Guess that’s what happens when the people working there are paid next to nothing. It’s not hard to understand why Chipotle is out here crushing the competition. Maybe it’s time for the CEO to go back on that Undercover Boss show and cry a few more times.

Food was great but staff wasn't even greater! The customer service really made our visit.

I stopped in for lunch today and had a great experience. Destiny took my order and provided excellent customer service! I was picking up for the wife and I so there were two items and she got new peppers and onions grilled for us. The items were the same but both different toppings and she took the time to label each one for us. Will definitely return to this location! Thank you so much! Vegetarian options: Provided us with brand new peppers and onions. The black beans are a good option too.
