Pick up order is never ready! And service is slow. I waited an additional half hour in store for my pick up order to be ready. Salsa bar missing variations last two visits. Don’t come if in a hurry or just want something quick.

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! My husband had lunch here last week and that night, he became very sick and we determined that he got food poisoning from here. He was sick for days. The food is not fresh, the employees are lazy and do not keep up with health standards. The food is just sitting out under the heat lamps all day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!

Customer service has always been great when I come here even when it's busy you still here. "Welcome to Moe's " when you walk through the door. Oh yea, download the app and get a free burrito on your birthday. There's nothing better than great tasting FREE food!

Cole and Kemdrell are amazing! I come here at least 2 times a week and this is my favorite location by far. The best customer service!

Cole was great. He was training a new employee and was very detailed and knowledgeable about the different options we had being this our first time here. Greaaaaatttttttt customer service! Food was amazing as well!

Customer service extremely poor. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, my food was waiting at the pick up station. The bag was sealed. After opening the bag, I realized that several items were missing and had to return to request the items. Later I realized that I still did not have an add on item. I called to speak to a manager and was told that Andrew would return the call. Instead, the manager processed a refund of .99 cents .Very poor customer service. I wouldn't return to this location.
