I just wanted a stack. I didn’t mind spending the 40 bucks for delivery, never again I’ve never been this disrespected before. I should’ve gone up and made a fuss in their store for this burnt up poorly prepared food. I want my money back

This moes is a 2 star at best. Whoevers managing it does not care. Always out of ingredients, soda machine is often stuck in maintenance and it's always nasty, like it's never been washed. Always out of ingredients. The poor employees hardly ever know whats going on. Ive had to cancel entire online orders because the store didn't have steak, or pork. The walls have paint peeling off. If you want moes, it's worth it to just go the extra distance to the mansell shop infront of walmart.

The staff were great and they made my burrito with love and generous portions. Dropping one star because the salsa tasted funky.

Standing water on the lobby floor. Standing water in bathroom. Food was great as usual. None of the 3 employees working spoke English. Had to translate through Google on their phone. Quite an interesting experience.

There was plastic in the food

Sunday 12/3/2023 at 2:10 PM I came in to place a to go order and was helped immediately by a man and a young lady. they both made my items to order and I went to checkout and thought it was kind of expensive for what I had just ordered but didn’t think anything of it until another man (JP) who I assume was the manager or person in charge started questioning the young lady about my order. This is where things go terribly wrong. He accused her of not adding the guac in my items to my total (which HE rang up and didn’t ask about what items I had in the first place to the other workers) he then started to just be hurtful in his teaching basically calling her dumb right in front of me!! I then called him out for being rude and she said “oh it’s fine this happens all the time :( !” Like are you kidding me ?? JP had such a bad attitude and after all that OVERCHARGED me for a third item and seemed to blame it on the young girl! WORST customer service I’ve ever seen by JP!! To the girl he insulted I am so so sorry and I hope everything works out for you !! MOES PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME IF YOU FEEL THE NEED !

My youngest daughter loves this place to eat; we always go for the stack. The service and food are consistently excellent, and they provide military discounts with proper ID.

It's hard to believe that this Moe's location is still in business. When we visited them in 2020, they had no interest in enforcing any social distancing or mandating that customers wear masks. Fast forward to our last two visits, and we find that one they still lack horribly in customer service, but worse yet, they prioritize mobile and phone orders over customers who are physically in the store. During our last visit, we waited about 5 minutes before we finally asked for our order to be taken. The response: "I have these orders to take care of" and he filled a few orders before taking ours. It didn't get any better when we went to pay as we waited another 5 minutes while the three other staff members continue to process and bag the mobile orders. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. We're going to try the Old Milton location and hope they prioritize the customer a little more than this location.
