Moe's Southwest Grill

I’ve been getting a Moe’s chicken and rice bowl every week for years at this point. I drive for a living so I go to various Moes restaurants around metro Atlanta. I came to this one and the employee put about 4 cubes of chicken in the bowl. I requested more because there a was so little it could barely qualify as a chicken bowl. I was up-charged for the “extra” meat. I won’t be coming back to this Moes ever again.

This location is very friendly and I always have great service. Not my number 1 favorite as far as taste with moes, but I go to this location for the friendliness and service.

Ordered a homewrecker burrito that was advertised for $10.99 on their sign. After eating I happened to look at my receipt and saw they charged me $11.99 for the burrito and an additional $1.99 for guac, which was weird because guac comes with the homewrecker. So they added an extra $3 to a $10.99 meal. Maybe it was an innocent mistake on their part, maybe it was an intentional way of fluffing their revenue but either way it’s unfortunate to see happen. Watch out.

Every time I place a mobile order it's never right.. I've had multiple orders missing the extra meat. The only Moe's I have been to that is stingy with their portions with the meal itself and also the chips. Very big disappointment, I'll be removing this location from my lunch choices.

The fajita veggies were barely cooked and not properly chopped. They crunched very loudly. The food itself was disgusting with a sour aftertaste that made one bite inedible. They loaded it up with rice and barely had any meat. Overall one of the worst Moes experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location.

One of my worst experiences at a moes. I went in no one greeted me, as I’m standing there one of the workers come up finally and I say burrito blah blah. He names a list of the meat and without giving me time to say anything he puts no meat down and just started putting brown rice on before I could say anything and I said no beans thank goodness. And then he starts moving the burrito down the thing skipping over half the bar and gets frustrated that I make him go back and put what I want like I’m paying 11 bucks dude. Never asked if I wanted sauce put the wrong tomato on. Just highly disappointed with my overall visit here. I’m on my lunch break out of town for work. No one really cares for working but you can at-least make the best of it. I’m sad that this experience has ruined my feeling over moes.
