First and last time going to Moe’s on Barrett Parkway. We stopped in to this particular location on a Monday night, Ordered our food (staff was friendly enough), we get home and we are missing items but we have small children and it was already late. So I grab my receipt and call the store, 5 calls later, I decide to leave a voicemail since they wouldn’t pick up. I leave my name, number, my receipt number, and what was missing. I simply was asking for a refund for the items I didn’t get to eat. Tuesday I try calling again 3 times, and leave a voicemail, no return call. Wednesday I call and get an associate on the phone who tells me the manager is busy at the moment and asked me to wait then 10 minutes go by and the associate proceeded to tell me that the manager actually wasn’t there but he did take my name/ number and assured me the manger would call me back. Long story short I have never received a call back or a refund for the food. I get mistakes happen but to not even make it right is poor management and I won’t be dining here anymore.
