We ordered 3 drinks, we went to fill them and the machine had only diet drinks available. we asked for them to refill it and they said “we can’t she has to go to a catering party” that lady then went and hung out at a booth a stared at us and laughed with her coworker at us eating. They then both took naps at the booth.

I went for lunch and ended up buying a snack for $16.

Food was gross. Flavorless and had a weird texture. The cilantro looked wilted and nasty too. I didn't touch the salsa bar because I didn't trust it. No ice I assume because the health dept told them to. Bad food with room temp drinks. I will never come back.

The Friday night crew was amazing best moes in fort Myers hands down solely based on their service.

I ordered delivery. They made a bowl instead of the burrito I ordered, and did not send the queso I ordered. I called the store and explained, was handed off to another employee and had to explain again. They asked if I wanted a refund or to go to the store to get the correct order. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give a refund, I would have to call back the next day.

Agree. This was the most disgusting place I’ve seen since moving here! The seats, counters, floors, windows all dirty. Half the ingredients were out. Salsa station was a mess. Dept of Health needs to be called. Gross!

Orders to go are an absolutely joke, they auto add tip, and their service is not remotely close to being ok. $50 for half bowl, stale chips and burnt stack.
