Ordered through Uber eats, steak Burrito,chips and Salsa well the chips were crushed in the bag no salsa and they forgot my sour cream on the burrito. The receipt was right but the food was not. I called in to complain and got the answering machine and couldn’t leave a message because it was full

Ordered um Uber eats and this is what I got, they forgot the salsa and the burrito didn’t have sour cream, the only thing that was right was the receipt. I called and got no answer and the voicemail was full

This might be a hot take, because I don't see any reviews from the past year complaining about this. This is my 3rd visit in 5 years and the food is BLAND every, single time I come. Steak is wet, not cooked on a grill, and not seasoned. Pico has NO SPICE. Swear they have no idea what a pepper looks like. Their nachos/chips have 0 salt and are soggy as hell. Same price as Chipotle but none of the freshness and FLAVOR. They better pray one doesn't open next door now that TCBY is gone..

Over priced and underwhelming. $14 for a steak quesadilla that had 1/3 of a scoop of meat. What a joke. Taco Bell has more meat on its quesadilla and it's 1/3 the price. Sad

Never get doordash from this location. Absolutely no care given to orders.

Three stars for service due to inconsistent staff. Sometimes it is the "A" team and they are rocking out the food even when busy. Other times it is the "B" team and they are dragging their feet to pull together even a few orders. I have left twice in such cases because the line wasn't moving and the staff seem to struggle through every task.

Worst service I’ve ever received here. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone has always been so nice and friendly even during busy hours. The two ladies working were extremely rude and scoffed during our order. All the salsas were almost empty. Very disappointing.

I was here about 2 months ago and I was so disappointed with the service. Fast forward to today, and it seems like I must not have been alone. The staff, the service, and the food were awesome today! Management must have cleaned house because I saw all different faces behind the counter and they were all friendly and happy to be there!
