Moe's Southwest Grill

Today, I got a burrito with lettuce, cheese, and chicken. Found heaps of corn in it, leaving me to believe it was in the chicken container and carelessly scooped in. We got a meal for three and they gave us less chips than they’d give a SINGULAR adult meal. My burrito was all torn up and falling apart when I unwrapped it. Bad bad bad quality food and careless service. It’s unfortunate because I know this location gets rushes and it could have been because of that, as my friend picked up the food, but this was just one after the other on carelessness. They also just are not very friendly. Ever. I do not feel welcome to Moe’s.

I visited Moe’s Southwest Grill in Town Brookhaven, Atlanta, GA, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, my visit was marred by the rude behavior of one of the managers. Despite being a regular customer, I was shocked by the disrespectful treatment I received over a simple request to add extra lettuce to my salad. The manager made it clear that this was against their policy, without any consideration for my needs or circumstances. As someone who values good customer service, I was deeply disappointed by the manager's lack of professionalism and empathy. It's disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize arbitrary rules over customer satisfaction. This incident has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will no longer be patronizing Moe’s Southwest Grill. Instead, I will be taking my business to establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction, such as Surcheros in Alpharetta, GA. I hope that Moe’s Southwest Grill will address this issue and take steps to ensure that other customers do not experience similar mistreatment in the future. Good customer service is essential for any successful business, and it's unfortunate that this was lacking during my visit. Overall, my experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Town Brookhaven was disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to others.

I went on my lunch break. When I say this was the cleanest Moe’s I have ever been to, I mean that.

Terrible food and staff. I’ve worked here and it’s the worst. Rude coworkers, unstable/unorganized. Please think again before working here. Save your sanity <3

Try and be nice, it won’t hurt you. This location is a huge issue for you Moe’s. A 3.9 on Google maps should sound alarm bells. You have a major attitude problem at this restaurant and it doesn’t sound like I’m the only one saying it. You’ve lost a multi-decade customer permanently. I will not fill out a survey but I will tell my extended social media network of foodies about this location.

This is my favorite location. I visit after a trip to Costco. I don't like the parking (feels scary at night) but they do provide very fresh chips and salsa.....and great entrees.
