Dirty and poor customer service.
Place is very dirty.food is dirty and wow am I amazed the city allows this
Caution : the deals they show on the posters only apply if you download the app and have it on your phone for at least 24 hours prior to ordering. Really disappointing :(
Brianna L made our experience amazing and came to check on us, make sure our food was good and was smiling the whole time.
I visited today with my girlfriend, Brianna L was so sweet and polite at the register! We haven’t been to Moe’s in so long and this will for sure keep us coming back even more. Great job Brianna !
Smh… I blame ownership (corporate all the way down to franchise) you guys are writing your own death certificate. Sad man, loved Moe’s years ago and I figured I’d give it a show since the “refresh” but nope same old stuff here. Food mediocre, but service couldn’t be much worse. It’s a burrito place, but nobody there knows how to wrap a burrito without it completely falling apart. Forgot my side of Queso and put a sauce on that I didn’t ask for… damn, almost guys… oh and specifically to corporate, no more KAISER SALSA? Talk about not knowing your customers smh…
Terrible experience with the staff. Rude and lazy. It took forever to get mediocre food. Not going back.
This place used to be disgusting under the old ownership. It improved for a little while but just went back again 1/28/24 right at opening and gnats were allllll over the food. Not sure i’ll be able to eat my burrito to be honest. Cleanliness is a major problem here. The floors are sticky, salsa bar not wiped down. Probably wont be back since it has fallen down hill again.
Worst service out of the food we wanted for burritos charge way too much for queso I recommend Tijuana flats quick great service there
