Always great

I have been coming to this Moe's for many years. Recently, they added jalapeños to the pico and I cannot eat jalapeños. I didn't know this because you cant see them, and I had to stop eating after one bite because of the pain I was in. They no longer have tomatoes or cucumbers as an option for bowls either. I went back a couple weeks ago, and did not add pico to my bowl, only my usual guacamole and sour cream. Pretty dull. We got take out tonight and when I got home and mixed my bowl up, I took one bite and had to stop again! Now there are jalapeños mixed into the guacamole! I've had a million bowls from this location and jalapeños were always an option to add, not mixed into the guacamole or pico. This is twice now I have had reactions because there was no advertisement of the changes made in the food. Money wasted again, another reaction, so I can no longer frequent my neighborhood Moe's. I guess it's Chipotle across the street from now on. Dietary restrictions: Jalapeños should NOT be mixed into the pico or guacamole!! Offer them separately as many people and kids cannot eat them!

Had a bad experience with the customer service from Alberto, however Janet went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and I left more than satisfied with Janet. She is the only reason I am giving 5 stars and will come back.

Have to ask to add a more of whatever you’re getting. Put very little cheese & veggies on my bowl. Why would I pay full price for half amount of toppings?
