MOD Pizza

The pizza is uncooked and topping are raw. They didn’t even cook the toppings. I spit out the mushrooms. Disgusting. I am not returning again.

I had to ask to put more mozzarella, he was literally just throwing nothing on it. I added some pictures so you can judge by yourself. Not recommended.

Almost the entire pizza was burned. Also small parts of previous pizza were stuck to button of our pizza, perhaps since they did not clean the oven surface for new pizza. Never go there again.

The staff seem to be having fun while there is a line and people are waiting. They rush you and make you feel like you are ordering too much. Also it looks like they do not want you there and you feel unwelcome. The person that took my cash went straight to the oven and put the pizza inside with bare hands! I give their hygiene a big 0! Worst Mod I have been to.

Very quick good food good service

I'm a regular at this spot, visiting about 3 or 4 times every month. It's conveniently close to our house, and honestly, their pizza has always been good. However, an incident on 12/29/2023 left me quite baffled and frustrated. I had ordered a pizza online for pick-up at 1:45 pm, and I made it to the store at 1:44 pm. There weren't many customers, just about 4 or 5 people, so I expected a quick pick-up. I approached the guy behind the counter, asking if my order was ready. He gestured for me to wait, so I took a seat directly in front of him, patiently. While I waited, I watched him handle pizzas going in and out of the oven, chatting with a coworker. Then, a third person emerged from the back, and they all started a new conversation. My anticipation was building up as I sat there waiting. To my surprise, another customer walked in after me, and almost instantly, the guy handed her the pizza she had come to collect. I was taken aback and frustrated beyond measure. I'd been sitting right in front of him, waiting for my pizza, which was ready even before I arrived. It wasn’t the first time I had experienced such disregard for a customer's time and presence. As someone who values good service, this incident has left me considering other pizza places to frequent.
