MOD Pizza

Awful experience,.First thing ,they seem to have a game to whisper when dealing with the customer .The guy behind me in line said I think they think it's funny,he said it always happens to him as well. Pizza crust was burned so bad that our Hands were very black after eating it.wanted a salad, they were out of lettuce, I went ahead and paid for salad and pizza,they said they would go get dome more snd when they got the lettuce they would let me know and I could have a very them make it. Finished pizza,kept trying to find the lady that waited on me.found her cleaning tables up front.she said,I forgot about it 5 minutes a guy call from across the counter said what kind of salad did I order.i told him I wasn't sure,,any how after all of that ,got it and left,never to RETURN .

We love their pizza but the customer service is horrible. We come here a lot and we are never greeted with a smile or greeted at all really. These kids look absolutely miserable don't say thank you. They literally have no customer service skills at all. Which to me go completely against what mod portrays their atmosphere to be. Supposed to be welcoming and friendly... Not at all

Don’t do it. They made the wrong pizza and I waited over 40 minutes and they still haven’t made the replacement. Just stay home or go to a gas station and get literally anything else.

Great staff... Busy so little wait but still great food with great items to choose

I went into MOD yesterday around 7:15pm. There was no one in line when I ordered, but a couple people waiting on food (no problem) the ordering process went smoothly, I paid and sat down to wait for my name to be called. After about 10 mins, I walked over to see if mine was coming out or how much longer. I watched the young lady drop my pizza. She looked me right in my face and said that was yours wasn’t it. I said yes it was. I waited a few mins and then asked, do I need to get back in line? Or what are we doing about my pizza that was dropped on the floor. She replied “we looked at what was on the floor and remade it” I then asked what about my other pizza, will that be cold while I wait for another pizza to be made. She said it was being kept warm. I waited and observed multiple orders being made wrong. Multiple people being called and the numbers and names didn’t match the orders. Finally my name was called and she handed me a MOD and and mini. I said I didn’t order a MOD I had 2 minis. I ever opened the box (that had my name on it) and it clearly didn’t match the ticket that said Tasha on it. After being in MOD for 30 mins, I finally left. I have a picture of the pizzas that were given to me. I have my receipt of over $50 that was spent yesterday. This is unacceptable on so many levels. The system didn’t work yesterday and I’m disappointed that MOD couldn’t get it together.
