Staff person was very helpful and food was delicious. I tried several new things and they were all great. The tuxedo too tall cake was perfect for a group birthday. Everyone loved it. We will definitely be back!

Tried this place again after not coming back. Went on line and put together a $200+ order. After time spent putting the order together, I went to place the order. Why in the heck you would not put on the beginning that you do not accept Visa Debit is beyond me. That's an hour I'll never get back. Whoever is in charge and decided that they would rather pay a merchant fee on a credit card, should be let go. Gotta be the only business in North America that you have to pay for food with your credit card. I never looked before this, but it appears by all the low ratings, you had better review your business model. Another lost customer. Here is a simple idea for you. Get involved with Doordash. They at least accept Debit. Just saw your response. This seems to be your standard response. Poor effort. Before I wrote this review, I did contact your customer support. They said they have had this compliant many times. They were the ones that advised me to go do a review lol. No point if your company won't listen to its employees or customers. After the above complaint I ordered what I wanted from Costco online. Was there in 2 hours and they took Visa Debit
Great deals when you are looking for something easy.
I haven’t had M&M food in a while, tried it again tonight and was reminded why I don’t get M&M food. The product is overpriced for such low quality food. Certain products I would imagine are Ok but I haven’t found any, it would cost me a ton of $ to figure out which products are decent, and which are the typical frozen TV dinner standard that seems to be M&M meats.
Guy working there Monday Jan 4th in the AM was extremely rude and unhelpful. I normally love M&M but never going back here
In my opinion, the Meadowlark location doesn't even deserve 1 star but I had to put something. I went to this location because it says they are open until 8 on their website. I got there just after 6 and the door was locked and the lights were off. There was an employee leaving and she told me this week they close at 6. She was really nice about it but when it says on the website AND the door that they are open until 8pm they should be open till that time. No sign on the door saying anything about closing at 6pm. It was freezing outside and I had bussed all the way there. I pointed this out to her and she said she would inform her boss. I tried to call this location twice and have left a message. No return call whatsoever. On their voice mail it says they're open until 7 on the day I went there. When a store has different hours whenever they feel like it and their customers have no clue then find the store closed are all signs of complete disorganization and very poor customer service.
