I always have a good experience when I go there and I love their whole wings they are the best in the city I think

Hey Huntsville, I just wanted to brag on these guys right here. I was excited to see that there was a wing place still open this late at night, so I got in the car and drove all the way here to North Parkway from where I was at roughly 10 miles away. I arrived at exactly 1:31a.m. and was happy to see they were still open and the lights were all on. I walked inside and was waiting to order and was told by the employee that they stop taking orders at 1:30. I told him that whoever messaged me on Google when I asked if they were open said they were open until 2:00, he told me he didn’t know who that was but it was neither of them and he wasn’t going to serve me. So I left and was on the way to Cookout bc I am hungry and there is not very many options this early in the morning, on the way there I explained to whoever was on Google what happened and told them they should specify that on there. So people don’t drive all the way there just to get turned down. He then told me that they have the time mixed up and told me to go back and ended up paying for my food, gave me a free drink, and a free piece of cake. It made my night/morning and I just wanted everyone to see how much the owner/employees value just 1 upset customers opinion, even though it wouldn’t have made much of a difference in reality, but they still made sure I was happy. So thank you MK Wings for being so professional, generous, and going the extra mile. They also hooked my plate up which is a blessing since I was just in a car wreck and have been depressed and not eating well because I lost my job and have been stuck at home with a hurt neck and having to deal with all these lawyers and stuff, even though they are just trying to help. The wings are amazing too as well as the Cajun Ranch fries.. I 100 percent will be a regular customer from now on! Yall are awesome -Sam R.

Nice Experience

Worst customer service ever!! This was my second time ordering from this location. The first time my food was not correct and the wings were dry. The second time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they told me I ordered from the wrong location. After showing my receipt the guy told me to “ give myself a refund “ because he didn’t have an order in my name. After going to the back he found my receipt and told me it was my fault because the order just came through. I will never order food from this location or any other location because they clearly don’t care about their customers.

The food at this location is really good. It tends to be crispy and always fresh. Today was lacking a little with the wings being soggy. I never asked for extra crispy, so maybe the day cook just does it be default. I never had bad service, but I'm rating the service low because there isn't much of a plan for when the store messes up an order. I placed an order for wings with sauce and sloppy fries but got plan wings and fries. The plain wings still were soggy but okay. The only solution from the casher was to write my name down and not charge me for the sauce or give me an extra ranch next time. The thought counts, but something simple like 2-3 bucks off the next order seems more appropriate considering i paid $1 for sauce on the fries and the inconvenience of tonight experience. I wouldn't ask for a refund since its edible but just weird there's not a plan in place for this stuff other than that the location tends to be clean but I wouldn't exactly want to sit down and eat. It's definitely my take out wing place for now.
